Located in a small residential area, Villa Penelope boasts a great position on the edge of the pretty seaside town of Marina di Ragusa.
The property is set in fenced gardens with manicured lawns and high hedges ensuring privacy at all times. The ample outside terrace and spacious gardens make it a perfect choice for an extended family or large group of friends.
The first thing you will notice on entry to Villa Penelope is the gorgeous pool with large surround furnished with plenty of sun-beds. Steps lead gently into the water and there is also a Jacuzzi for unwinding after a hard day on the beach!
The villa is comfortably furnished in a minimalistic way – plenty of white walls, white furnishings and big glass doors letting in lots of sunshine. The open-plan lounge and dining room has sliding doors that open on to the terrace and there is a separate kitchen which also has glass doors opening out to the gardens. On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room plus a further 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom along with a laundry room.
The first floor is completely independent and home to another apartment. Reached by an external staircase, there is a small lounge, kitchen, 1 double and 1 small twin bedroom (suitable for children only) plus a shower room and laundry facilities. A real bonus here is the big terrace from where you may enjoy some fantastic sunsets whilst enjoying a glass of chilled local wine.
With many of the well-known southern Baroque towns within easy reach plus the amazing coastline, Villa Penelope is a super base for a great holiday.
