Casa Dafne is an exclusive sea front property located between Sampieri and Marina di Modica, a few steps from one of the best beaches in the southeast of Sicily.
Set on the first floor of a delightful house surrounded by soft sand dunes and lush Mediterranean scrub, Casa Dafne boasts a large terrace offering enchanting views of Sampieri’s village and the sea.
Its comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished with attention to detail, include a cosy living area with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house also comes with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue and espresso coffee machine. One bedroom is a fixed double (ensuite) and the other can be either double or twin (bathroom outside the room).
Its location, besides being perfect for reaching the beach and the sea in just a few steps, makes a great base for exploring the surrounding area with the villages of Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, the Vendicari nature reserve, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and Syracuse. Stroll along the beach for a lunchtime ice cream or an evening pizza in Sampieri.
