Villa Milo is a splendid villa with swimming pool situated very close to Milo, a small, renowned village on the slopes of Mount Etna. Set in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position, the property enjoys wonderful, relaxing views over the Ionian sea from the beautiful saltwater pool (chlorine-free), well-kept garden and spacious equipped terraces.
Recently restored, this stone farmhouse evokes the atmosphere, charm and elegance of old Sicily. Spread over two floors, the cosy interior features select antiques, upholstery and local materials such as lava stone, wood, ceramic tiles.
The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms, one of which is walk through, and two bathrooms. On the first floor are three comfortable bedrooms (two with en-suite bathroom), a further bathroom and a large panoramic terrace. The villa is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, Ipod docking station, satellite TV, A/C, dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. From Villa Milo the small town of Milo can be easily reached and the other characteristic villages and natural beauties of the Etna Park and the most popular towns on the Ionian coast, such as Taormina, Catania and Syracuse.
Out of high season it is possible for smaller parties of up to 6 people to rent the property, occupying the ground floor only.
