The covered dining area overlooks the lawn and pool making the ideal spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wander through the impressive pine trees and you will find yourself on the sandy beach with a couple of beach bars a short walk along the sand.

The house has a stylish open plan living room / kitchen, decorated with bright colours. There are four en suite bedrooms either side of this main living area. Two doubles and two double / twin. Each bedroom has direct access to the garden and terraces.

The pool is perfect for cooling off and is surrounded by manicured lawns and carefully thought out gardens. A 3 minute walk through the pine trees and gentle sand dunes leads you to the lovely beach, the villa has a beach hut and shower room. Well equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Villa La Loggia is a wonderful location for those seeking some relaxing time by the Mediterranean and some great day trips, especially for wine lovers, with Bolgheri a short distance away. The seaside town of Marina di Bibbona has a selection of places to dine at and beach bars (seasonal openings).
