Il Fienile di Fabio is a charming detached holiday cottage featuring a private outdoor swimming pool exclusively for guests. Set within the peaceful Florentine countryside — around 40 minutes from Florence — the property offers complete privacy, a beautifully maintained garden, and a fully furnished outdoor space with comfortable sun loungers.

The villa is tastefully furnished throughout, offering a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious veranda ideal for al fresco dining, complete with table, chairs and a barbecue. Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure facilities, including a dedicated play area and gym equipment. Mosquito nets are fitted on all windows, and private parking is available on-site.

Although the owners live in the house located behind the barn, they have their own separate entrance. Guest privacy is fully guaranteed in the garden, on the veranda and by the pool. Small and medium-sized pets may be accepted on request.

Il Fienile di Fabio is perfectly located for exploring some of Tuscany’s most beautiful destinations. We highly recommend day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Garfagnana and the beaches of Versilia.
