Muro Leccese is a sophisticated small town in the heart of the Basso Salento. With several eateries, shops and bars on the doorstep this super modern villa offers the perfect holiday accommodation for a group of adults or an extended family.

Built on three levels the villa has three separate areas.

Entry is into a small garden area which is framed by a stone arch flanked by banana trees.

Stone steps lead to the next level where a spectacular living room with vaulted ceilings leading out to the beautiful pool area. On this level you will also find a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private garden with an external shower.

The third area is accessed via more stone steps which lead up to a garden which is planted with Jacaranda trees, shrubs and plants and where you'll find a 30m pergola under which sits a dining area seating up to 16 people. On this level you will find a fully equipped kitchen/living area and 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. There is also 6th bathroom with a double shower.

There is also a table tennis table which sits in a small private garden to the side of the property. This area is shared with Palazzo Ferramosca, and is completely separate from both villas.
