Palazzo Bevilacqua is a stunning 16 century palazzo which has been restored beautifully with modern furnishings and artifacts sitting comfortably within the ancient stone walls.
In the lush green garden you will find the perfect pool for swimming lengths (20m x 2m) or for simply cooling down. The pool is surrounded by timber decking along side a bright and airy internal living room with large glass doors opening onto the gardens. There is a super covered dining area within the garden offering plenty of space for you all to dine together comfortably.
On the ground floor of the Palazzo you will find two kitchen areas with everything needed to prepare a feast for your party, or should you fancy an evening at home with a cook then this can be arranged for an additional charge payable locally.
There is one double room on the ground floor with ensuite shower room.
Stone steps lead to the first floor where you will find; a double bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with three single beds again with an ensuite bathroom. There is an independent tower with one double ensuite bedroom plus an outdoor heated shower on the terrace. At the front of the palazzo, overlooking a small square, there is another double bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds These two rooms share a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines.
Within the grounds you will find a table tennis table and table football and a second external covered seating area where you can all relax. There is parking for 2 cars (not covered) with more parking space on the street outside the property.
We are delighted to offer you this beautifully restored Palazzo which can be offered with it's neighbour Palazzo Ferramosca to host up to 33 people (includes a small 2 bedroom staff flat). Prices for both properties on request. The two properties can be linked via a small gate.
