Casa di Sotto offers guests all that has made Tuscany famous. Stunning views, great hospitality and easy access to some of the greatest Renaissance towns. Florence is a short train journey or drive away and the towns of Pisa, Lucca and Siena make for great days out. However the views from this charming former hay barn could well encourage you to stay put and soak up 'la bella vita'.
From the house and the lovely infinity pool the views are splendid and your daily appointment will be with the sunset and a glass of chilled white wine, followed by a delicious barbecue. There is a lovely covered outdoor dining area too. The cottage has been decorated with bright and lively colours throughout. There is an open plan well-equipped kitchen and a living area on the first floor. There are two double bedrooms (one can also be a twin room) and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. Above the living area there is a gallery where there is a sofa bed for 2 people.
We are delighted to offer Casa di Sotto as the location and furnishings will appeal to all those of you seeking a classic Tuscan getaway from where you can easily spend hazy days exploring and relaxing days chilling. Florence is only a 15 minute train journey from Montelupo station (4kms) and within a very short drive there are a host of places to dine out at. Other day trips will include Pisa, Lucca and the birthplace of Leonardo, Vinci.
