From the cottage and the lovely infinity pool the views are splendid and your daily appointment will be with the sunset and a glass of chilled white wine, followed by a delicious barbecue. There is a lovely covered outdoor dining area too. The cottage has been decorated with bright and lively colours throughout. There is an open plan well-equipped kitchen and a living area on the first floor. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. Above the living area there is a gallery where there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

Florence is only a 15 minute train journey from Montelupo station (4kms) and within a very short drive there are a host of places to dine out at.
