Fattoria Santa Vittoria is located high on the hills of Valdichiana and surrounded by the estate’s very own vineyards – a perfect setting that enables you to visit the nearby town of Pozzo della Chiana and also taste some of the delicious, award-winning wine produced here at Santa Vittoria. The 18th Century farmhouse has been beautifully converted by the local Niccolai family who will ensure that you have a wonderful stay in this stunning part of Tuscany.
The old farmhouse has been transformed into 5 very comfortable apartments which are located in the middle of the vineyards – the location could truly not be bettered! All of the original character has been kept and the apartments are furnished in a pretty country style in keeping with the period of the building. Each apartment has a separate area in the grounds with lawns that sweep down the hillside towards the inviting pool area. There are vines as far as the eye can see laid out in beautiful rows and can do nothing but tempt you to try the wine.
Located on the ground floor, the entrance takes you directly in to a lovely, bright lounge/dining area (with sofa bed), along with a small kitchenette, one double bedroom and a shower room.

There is a super communal area which is home to a great library and huge dining table which is accessed from the front of the farmhouse along with a fully equipped kitchen for the use of guests. This is perfect if you are part of a group of family and friends and want to eat together inside.
Dinner is available upon request and is served in a beautiful dining area at the rear of the farmhouse. The Niccolai family are always happy to offer wine tastings to couples and groups alike – with such an acclaimed name, we suggest that you do not miss out on trying some of super wines made on the estate.

We had a so had a wonderful holiday in a great location. Marta and Mauro, supported by their excellent staff, were superb hosts who went the extra mile/kilometre to make us feel welcome. My family enjoyed the company of the resident cats. The area suited us perfectly as it felt like the ‘real’ Italy and not a tourist trap.

Great location with stunning views. Owner and staff couldn't have been friendlier. Although the appartments facilities were rather dated didn' t detract from a wonderful week.

Excellent – remote and a distinct lack of WiFi!! We had a brilliant trip – staff at Essential Italy were helpful & Marta and her team made us so welcome they were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this.

Our apartment was tidy, well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our host, Marta, also gifted some wine and lovely homemade jams. Great location. Easy driving distance to Montepulciano, Florence and Siena. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fattoria Santa Vittoria and found the booking process very easy. We would absolutely use Essential Italy again.

We travelled in March and the apartment was lovely and warm on arrival... bottle of wine and a homemade jam on the table and the owner to greet us. Brilliant. The beds very comfy, good linen and towels too. Marta made us feel very welcome and was very informative and interesting. We really appreciated the personal touches and the information that I was given by Helen. It is obvious that you know your accommodations! A very professional service.
