Villa Ulivo is a newly built property perfect for a beach holiday.
The house is located 300 metres from the sandy beach and about 800 metres from the centre of Marzamemi, which can also be reached on foot.
The property is spread over 2 levels. The ground floor consists of a living area, an open space with kitchen, dining table and sofa, as well as a service bathroom without shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a small private garden of 200 square metres, with a 5x4 metre lovely swimming pool, outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue.
The villa is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples of friends who love relaxing and having memorable moments together
