Villa Silviana

Everything was perfect and the villa was excellent. Maybe add hairdryer and straighteners to the list of things provided? Very nice to have available. October 2023

Villa Silivana - beautiful villa, in really gorgeous and beautifully maintained grounds, lots of lovely sights and smells of well tended plants & flowers. The pool is a great size, and immaculately kept. Lots of outdoor seating, and a lovely terrace with large table and cushioned benches. Very well stocked kitchen, everything you need, including a coffee machine, and lots of dry provisions (pasta, honey, coffee ... all sorts of things!). The owners met us on arrival, and left many generous welcome gifts (wine, chocolates, pizza, arancini, bread). Fresh flowers in all the rooms. Really comfy bed and pillows. Easy to get to neighbouring towns for trips out (walking tour & many meals in Modica, spotting Montalbano filming spots!, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and more). Thank you for an amazing and relaxing holiday! Essential Italy: excellent service, great choice of properties. Easy to book, make payment. Clear details provided throughout, to make trip hassle free. Great customer service and follow up communication by email as well.

The villa was lovely with great amenities and in a good location. The owners were very welcoming. We would highly recommend.

The welcome from the hosts was exceptional. They cooked delicious food, provided all the basics and lovely local wine. The villa itself was immaculate. The pool very large and great for children. The diving board was a great addition. The gardens are beautiful with lemon trees. The barbecue area was excellent and we ate at the table next to the pool most evenings. Very close to Modica – which is handy. There is a supermarket close by. Everyone at Essential Italy could not do enough, thank you very much for a great holiday.

The villa was beautiful. The pool was stunning and the house was extremely well equipped. It exceeded our expectations! Sicily is amazing and we loved the area. The location of the villa is almost perfect - convenient for shops and amenities, close to Modica and within easy reach of the beach and other towns. It’s quiet and peaceful but not isolated. The main road towards Modica is quite fast so it’s an easy drive but not walkable. We had a tremendously warm welcome from the owners who treated us as new friends. Daniela was knowledgeable and very helpful and we were well looked after. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Essential Italy, especially Daniela in Sicily and Ian in the UK Office. Villa Silviana was superb and we will definitely book again. Thank you!
