Recently built, the villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living/dining room with kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa comes also with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and has a great sun terrace where the sea views are splendid, you might be fighting over this room!
The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
