This contemporary villa is located in the perfect spot with stunning views across the olive and carob trees to the Mediterranean Sea, Ragusa almost on the doorstep and beach at Marina di Ragusa only 17 kilometres away.
Much love has been invested in the design and decor of Villa Nausica and it is laid out over two floors – on the ground floor there is the spacious lounge with comfy sofa, open plan dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The big floor to ceiling windows in the lounge ensure that the villa is full of light and they open up on to the spectacular terrace with glittering infinity pool allowing the vista to be enjoyed from all viewpoints.
Also on the ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms that share a shower room along with a fully equipped laundry room.
The glass framed white staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The outside spaces at Villa Nausica are perfect for lounging in the warm Sicilian sunshine and enjoying many shady long and leisurely al-fresco meals. The villa has a barbecue and a ‘campo di boccia’ – better known as garden bowling alley – where, we are sure, many games will be played before the sun goes down to the music of the grasshoppers.
