This modern two bedroom villa is set in the hills just outside the beautiful Baroque town of Noto and the stunning sandy beaches of The Vendicari Nature reserve are a short drive away.
The large, covered terrace looks directly over the small jacuzzi pool towards the sparkling sea. The covered terrace has a barbecue and offers lots of space for lounging, dining or simply watching the view. Entry through large sliding doors is into a second dining/lounge area and open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer. To the left of the dining/lounge area is a small single bedroom and at the rear of the property there is a second master double bedroom and shower room. Both bedrooms have doors giving access directly to the gardens. There is a small utility room with a washing machine.
The land immediately around Villa Petegola has been landscaped and there is an abundance of lavender and rosemary ensuring a wonderful scent around the house during the summer months.
Villa Pettegola is a short walk from Villa Cavaliere and Villa Tuffo and can be combined with one or both of these properties to sleep up to 13 people. (Please note: the two dwellings face in opposite directions and do not encroach on each other when let seperately.)

Stunning! Up a mountain surrounded by almond groves, so peaceful. Sublime views. Felt like we were in the wilderness, yet only a few k to beautiful Noto and closest beaches. Idyllic! We loved Villa la Pettegola. A great location for exploring the beautiful south-east coast of Sicily.
