This 3 bedroom villa is set in countryside just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful Baroque town of Noto where you'll find a host of restaurants, bars and shops. Lido di Noto with its sandy beaches is just a short ride in the car too.
Entry into the villa is from a spacious terrace which will almost certainly be the focal point of your time spent at the villa with the pool taking centre stage in front of the main terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table and comfortable chairs for relaxing after meals.
The terrace leads into a spacious open plan area where you find a well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room area. Off this open plan area are two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Both bedrooms have glass doors which open directly onto the poolside terrace.
Steps lead down from the main terrace where you'll find a third double bedroom again with ensuite shower room and a private terrace overlooking the gardens.
Villa Giara is a stunning holiday home in a super position for exploring the south east corner of Sicily.
