The location of this slick beach house is fabulous. With the sea just a few steps away and a super pool Gadir is perfect for a family or couples looking for an authentic Italian seaside experience.
The house is stylish and simple with everything needed for a relaxing seaside holiday. Gadir sits in a small plot of land with the pool taking centre stage. Floor to ceiling glass doors open from a large terrace into a living/kitchen area. At the rear of the house there are 2 double bedrooms both with shower rooms, both also have doors to small private seating areas.
The large terrace has more comfortable seating and a dining area and there's a barbecue for rustling up supper.
Punta Milocca is a simple Italian holiday village with many properties being used as summer houses by the locals. There is a gate in the garden of Gadir leading down a lane to the small bay where you can access the sea from a tiny sandy area. The rest of this bay is rocky. Access to the sea is not private as several other residential properties have direct access.
Gadir is a gem of a house and we're confident you will feel like a local in next to no time.
