The phrase ‘location, location, location’ was made for these beachfront villas. Step off the terrace onto the lovely beach, wander into Punta Secca and imagine TV’s Inspector Montalbano is casually wandering towards you! We are delighted to add these three simple apartments to our collection as they will offer our guests a great seafront base from where to enjoy Sicilian beach life and also the small town of Punta Secca.
Apartment Sotto (ground floor)
This one bedroom apartment has a huge patio with dining table and sun loungers which make you feel that you have your own little part of the beach all for yourselves. Step off the patio and into the airy living-room/kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hobs, oven and fridge-freezer. The double bedroom has a window out over the patio towards the beach and sea. This simple apartment is completed by a bright bathroom with shower.
Apartment Sopra (first floor)
This two bedroom apartment is accessed via external steps which lead to the lovely terrace with seating and table. The kitchen/living area is light and airy and has direct access to the balcony. The double bedroom has sea views and the twin bedroom is accessed by spiral stairs and has a sloping roof and a balcony with sea views. The window of the twin room looks out sideways.
MARINELLA has a private terrace with a sea view and direct access to the sandy beach. All on the ground floor entry is into the open plan kitchen/living room which has a sofa bed. Off the lounge is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a twin room again with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. A second terrace overlooks the private road behind the property which can be used as a parking area.
The apartments have air conditioning.
Punto Secca is about a 10-minute walk along the beach and here you will find a couple of bars and local restaurants plus a charming square. You will also find the house of Inspector Montalbano, Italy’s most famous TV detective. Whether you are looking for a pure beach holiday or a base from where to explore south-east Sicily these two apartments provide a great location and simple yet comfortable accommodation.

Simple, bright and clean. Lovely clean white sheets and towels. Great to have beach towels provided. Great to have the outside showers. Great to have an oven. We had everything we needed. Perfect for the relaxing part of our holiday and convenient for touring the area (Ragusa, Modica, Syracuse, Noto). Loved being so close to the sea. Great to walk along the beach to Punta Secca in the evening. It was lovely that Daniela was there to meet us on arrival with the owner. She gave us lots of info and advice about our stay. She was so quick to get in touch after we landed at Catania, so I was able to update her on our ETA. We have booked through Essential Italy many times now and know we will never be disappointed.

Just home from Punta Secca having had the most wonderful time. The App (Vamoos) was superb - made life there so much easier. But, it is the service we received from all your staff which so impressed us. Thanks again.

Fantastic location for beach, particularly with such hot weather. Great view of beach, and very child friendly. (Shallow & safe).

Exactly what we wanted: an apartment right on the beach so we could hear the sea at night and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Clean, had everything we needed. Fabulous private outside space with loungers and table and chairs. Would highly recommend Essential Italy. Level of personal service was exceptional. Really felt our needs and requirements were understood and met.

We had a great time in Sicily and this was in small part due to the clinically clean, well appointed, and well located apartment. Everyone we dealt with at Essential Italy was friendly and knowledgeable. Punta Secca isn't a big place, but has a handful of good seafood restaurants and relaxed vibe. I’d definitely book again with Essential Italy.
