Casa Terrazza is part of a small estate including Casa Padronale and Casa in Pietra and is positioned on the very southern tip of the famous Costa Smeralda, only a 2-minute walk to the beautiful fine sandy bay of Capriccioli with its crystal-clear turquoise water. The inviting swimming pool is set in private gardens at the back of the estate and exclusive to these 3 properties. If you’re a golfer, the beautiful Pevero Golf Course is only 5 minutes away – and you’re only 10 minutes from swanky Porto Cervo, with its designer boutiques, stunning marina crammed with super-yachts and its the perfect place (particularly in August) for a little celebrity spotting.
Casa Terrazza is semi-detached and sits on the far side of the main villa. The spacious accommodation has been beautifully renovated and has a super sunny lounge/dining area with spectacular views, a small separate kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine, and a double and twin bedroom both with ensuite shower rooms.
The apartment’s real asset is the roof terrace, which is enormous, giving superb views over the sea and just the place to unwind after a hard day on the beach, with a bottle of chilled wine and a bowl of local olives.
