This very stylish villa is located midway between Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni allowing you to relish the beautiful countryside surroundings but also letting you enjoy the lovely historic centres of these two beautiful towns with a great choice of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ice-creams and much more.
Trullo Pulcino is a gorgeous property sitting in private grounds filled with well-tended olive trees and indigenous plants. The large gates ensure privacy at all times and the driveway leads up the house. Originally a single trullo, clever design has incorporated this into a very comfortable and tasteful home with plenty of space for 6–12 guests.
The pretty gardens surround Trullo Pulcino and the lovely, large inviting pool sits to the right of the driveway as you arrive, with a big shady and furnished terrace plus plenty of sun-beds dotted around.
You are very welcome to harvest your own herbs and veg from early summer onwards which grow in abundance in the well tended gardens, grapes can be picked throughout the summer and lemons and luscious figs in late Aug/Sep.
The front door to the main house leads into a super open-plan sitting/dining area with a fantastic kitchen, equipped with everything needed to prepare some tasty local fare. A corridor leads off the sitting area and here there are 3 bedrooms (one twin with 2 small double beds and two doubles) plus two shower rooms. Also leading off the sitting room is the entrance into the original trullo comprising of a small study, hall with sofa and a bedroom with a double bed that may be used for simply lounging or for sleeping an extra guest or two. The thick walls and coned roof of course remain and are amazing features of this trullo within a villa.
Outside there is a great covered dining area where all meals may be enjoyed with the added bonus of two barbecues and a pizza oven for the budding chefs in your party.
The large pool sits centre stage in front of the property with ample shade offered in the grounds.
To the side of the main villa is a small cottage which has a master double bedroom and a small room suitable for children with bunks. These two rooms share a shower room.
The furnishings are quite simple but very chic throughout the villa and compliment perfectly the whitewashed walls that reflect the beautiful sunshine both inside and out of the property. Early booking is recommended guaranteeing a wonderful stay in Trullo Pulcino.

The villa and grounds were fantastic, really much better than reflected on the website. We were genuinely delighted. I think it might be helpful for Martina to demonstrate some aspects of the house when she greets guests - explain the insinkerator, boiling water tap etc. We have these in our home, but if you do not then it could be difficult. I also think checkout could have been clearer. I called Martina to see what was required and she said.the cleaners would be there at 10am. We simply drove away when the cleaners arrived and, having taken care to leave the house in decent order, this seemed strange. I hope everything was left as you would have expected, certainly we did our best. Fundamentally a fantastic villa and we had a great time. It was everything that we hoped and more besides. July 2024

Beautiful property and everyone at your company was super helpful. I would definitely book through you again! I especially appreciated advice on restaurants and beaches and help with reservations. The only thing slightly lacking at the villa were towels and table linens. Maybe that could be better sorted. Also too much ikea cookware crammed into kitchen cabinets made it a bit awkward - and no decent knives. Less stuff of higher quality would improve. Pool and tennis courts great, and beds were fine. Location was very pretty and close to wonderful towns but we found it a little challenging with five people and one car; I can see that it would be hard to find a nice house closer to a town in Puglia. Overall we loved the region though. June 2024

Trullo Pulcino exceeded expectations .Good space and facilities . Comfortable accommodation . Martina the property manager was most helpful and sorted a few issues at the outset which is always useful. The fresh figs in the morning were a treat [serve with yogurt and honey]. Outside cooking facilities were great. We are interested in booking it again for next year. August 2022
