Villa Laguna overlooks the beautiful nature reserve of Pantani Longarini in the south-east of the island. Each year hundreds of migrating birds pass through the lagoon from Africa including flocks of flamingoes. The house has lovely views over the lagoon and out to sea.
There are two buildings at the property, in the first, you’ll find two apartments adjacent to each other. Each has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a shower room. There is a lounge/dining area and well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Each apartment also has a private terrace which is comfortably furnished and offers shade. There is also a utility room with a washing machine with each apartment.
The main house has a lovely covered seating area which leads directly into the large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Off the lounge are two bedrooms, one double and one double/twin. One of these doubles has an en-suite shower room and there is a second shower room outside the twin/double room.
Next to the fabulous pool is a super covered external kitchen which has a large barbecue area and plenty of dining space for the whole party.
We are delighted to offer this flexible accommodation, it will work well for a party with teenage children, grandparents or a group of friends all looking for a little extra space and privacy to rest and relax.
The lido at Porto Ulisse is a short drive away where there is a lovely beach bar serving snacks and drinks throughout the day and evening. Towns such as Ispica, Siracusa, Noto and Modica are all within easy reach for a trip out exploring and if you want to venture slightly further afield, Etna and Catania are within reach for day trips too.
