Positioned in the hills outside Arezzo close the pretty town of Mercatale Valdarno this 3 bedroom fully independent apartment has much to offer. It is set in glorious grounds with fabulous views over the surrounding Tuscan countryside, it is owned by a young couple who live on the ground floor along with their two children aged 9 & 11 and their family cat. We are sure guests will thoroughly enjoy any contact with them.

Entrance into the property is via external stone steps leading into a corridor. To the right is a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/ freezer and a dishwasher. There is a dining table in the kitchen, although we are confident most meals will be enjoyed al fresco to fully appreciate the views. Next to the kitchen there is a twin/double room followed by a large living room with TV, open fire and a comfortable double sofa bed and armchairs. Next to the living room is a second twin/double room and at the end of the corridor is the third double bedroom. On the left of the corridor there are 2 bathooms, one with bath and the other with a shower.

From all the rooms there are spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.

The pool is to the side of the villa (the use of the pool is exclusive to the apartment) and there is a super barbecue area. In the grounds there is also a laundry room.

We are delighted to add Casa Balò to our Tuscan portfolio and are confident it will make a superb base from which to explore this fascinating region of Tuscany offering easy access to Arezzo, Siena and Florence to name but a few sights of interest. All you’ll have to do is tear yourself away from the pool and stunning views.
