Perched on a gentle hill this 4 bedroom villa has wonderful views and is fully equipped with everything you might need for the perfect relaxing holiday. The enchanting views take in the Maremma countryside and across to coastline, with Elba and even Corsica visible on a clear day.
Furnished traditionally yet with elegance, the spacious living area is filled with light and features sculptures, books and antique pieces alongside sofas and a dining table. The well-equipped kitchen has direct access to the outdoor dining area where most of your meals will be enjoyed. On the ground floor there is a double and two twins with en suite shower or bathrooms whilst upstairs, under the wood-beamed eaves, a fourth bedroom has a four-poster double and super views from the windows. Extra touches such as mini fridges in the bedrooms, hairdryers and air-conditioning throughout add to the overall relaxing ambience of this gorgeous and much-loved home. In the upstairs bedroom it is possible to add two single beds for children.
The villa lies on a large estate and is surrounded by typical Tuscan flora and fauna. Cypress and olive tress along with vineyards which produce some wonderful wines - the local tipple being Morellino. Days will certainly be spent in the wonderful pool and simply enjoying the villa and views. There are many places to visit nearby and the beaches in this part of Tuscany are beautiful. Worth visiting are Scansano, Grosetto, Castiglion della Pescaia, Siena and the nature park of the Maremma.
