We did indeed have a lovely time at Residence Cala di Falco and a fabulous week visiting the surrounding areas and fabulous beaches. The service provided went beyond our expectations and the staff responded almost immediately to any requests. For example, we mentioned that the early morning sun shone through one of our bedroom curtains and we found a blackout curtain had been fitted on our return that day. The restaurant staff were also very efficient and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner on 2 days in the Hotel restaurant and Roz was more than happy with the variety of vegetarian and healthy options available and indeed the buffet food for both meals was excellent. Our poolside apartment, with front and rear patio was spacious and of a good standard, having all that is required. Even though many of the apartments were occupied, the pool area was quiet and peaceful throughout, being mindful that we stayed outside of school holidays! There is normally a charge for apartment residents to use the main Hotel pool and loungers but we were told that they would kindly waive this due to the Hotel not being fully occupied. Thank you Helen and Essential Italy for arranging our accommodation once again and we would certainly consider returning. September 2025
