Casa Lavanda is a beautiful Mediterranean style villa situated in a splendid sea front position in San Lorenzo. The sea is only about 100m from the gate and a short walk away is a wonderful sandy beach where there is a wide range of watersports on offer. Surrounded by a well tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cosy house has a small swimming pool which can be heated (on request).
Recently built this four bedroom villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living/dining room with kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms can be made into a twin room. One of these bedrooms is on the first floor and has a fabulous terrace from where the view only gets better

The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
