Casa Patrizia is a great apartment for a couple seeking a week or two of relaxation simply gazing out to sea from the shady terrace with the beach just a short walk away.

This comfortable property sits in a row of 4 apartments and has everything you need for a great stay in Sardinia – a stepped path through pretty gardens takes you up to the elevated position and on to the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs. Large sliding glass doors open into the spacious open-plan lounge area with sofa, dining area and kitchenette (fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher & coffee machine).
Leading off the lounge is the bedroom with double bed and newly renovated shower room. Another furnished and private terrace at the back of the apartment is accessed from the bedroom allowing Casa Patrizia to be full of light.
Located in charming Porto Rafael, guests can easily walk to the main piazza for a cappuccino or cool beer, enjoy early morning shopping in the little grocery shop (freshly baked breads and cakes highly recommended amongst other delicacies!) or stroll down to the yachting club for an aperitivo as the boats start to come in after a day out at sea.
