This semi-detached, white-washed apartment is situated on a private road down to the Baia di Nelson beach and is extremely spacious for two guests.
A shady terrace looks out towards the sea, the ideal place for dining alfresco, reading or just snoozing. There’s also a lovely roof terrace from where guests may enjoy a spectacular view of the sparkling sea by day and wonder at the star-studded sky by night.
The modern apartment is comfortably furnished in pale summer colours with a roomy lounge/dining area and kitchenette with 4 gas burners, fridge-freezer, oven, kettle, toaster and a good selection of cooking utensils for the budding Italian chef. A double/twin bedroom leads from the lounge and there is a shower room and washing machine.
The apartment is situated within a group of private properties with its own access to the lovely beach, just a couple of minutes stroll down the hill. Located in charming Porto Rafael, the centre of the village is just a 5-minute stroll away where you’ll find a small supermarket, Harry’s Bar and a further beach.
Casa Flaminia really is a gem offering fantastic value for couples wanting a stylish base for exploring this wonderful part of the coastline.

Just wanted to drop you an email to say what a fabulous holiday we had in Sardinia. Casa Flaminia was better than we expected, great location and fab views from the terrace. All the foodie recommendations Sarah provided were excellent along with the assistance with reservations. Back to work now and we are both missing the excellent weather, food and wine! A breath of fresh air when we got to talk to Ian after days of trawling websites trying to find something appropriate. He could not have been more helpful and rapidly guided us to Casa Flaminia. Fell in love with Porto Rafael and with Palau. The coastal views are the most beautiful we have ever seen. The beaches are wonderful and having a small beach within 5 mins walk from the villa was fantastic. We finished almost every day with a quick swim on this beach before dinner. The range of restaurants is impressive and we ate some fabulous food. We will definitely return to this area. Sarah is a delight and her willingness to assist was wonderful. We don't know how she manages to provide that level of care for so many clients at the same time. Outstanding. We are very glad we found Essential Italy and Porto Rafael. We will return.

Clean tidy and all you needed... Sarah was really excellent, very helpful, loads of ideas for where to go etc. Great resource on site! Great spot we had a wonderful stay, weather was fabulous and we particularly liked the closeness of the beach - it was so secluded and quiet - thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
