This 14 century farm house has been beautifully restored to offer a comfortable and spacious accommodation set in the lush green hills of Umbria. It is well positioned for exploring the towns of Todi, Spoleto, Trevi and Montefalco., safe in the knowledge that you can return to a cool dip in pool and a seat to watch the sun set from the gardens.

Villa La Selva occupies a tranquil position in the Umbrian countryside just a short drive from Castel Ritaldi.
The property is divided into two dwellings:
On the ground floor of the main villa you will find a spacious kitchen with dining table, a large, sunny sitting room with ample seating for 12 people and stunning views over the surrounding countryside through floor to ceiling windows/doors. If there are any pianists in your party they can choose from 2 pianos.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you will find 5 double bedrooms (3 queen size beds and 2 king size) One of the doubles has a mansard where there is a single bed and an ensuite bathroom (you have to walk through the single sleeping area to reach the bathroom). There are 3 further bathrooms on the 1st floor one of which is ensuite.
The cottage next door to the main house set in the same private grounds offers a small kitchenette, sitting room and a double room (queen size bed) with ensuite bathroom. There is also a gym for your active party members and table tennis too.
There is an outside dining area which comfortably seats up to 20 people and is shaded by mature trees. There is a second covered seating area close to the pool.
The large infinity pool sits centre stage in the grounds and can be accessed via stone steps in one corner of the pool. There is the added bonus of a hot tub which is shaded by a large oak tree.
There's a heated jacuzzi available upon request - €400 payable locally.
Finally there's a barbecue area with dining table and benches and an external sink.
We think Villa La Selva offers the perfect accommodation and setting for a large family group or set of friends looking to travel to Umbria at any time of the year.
