Villa degli Ulivi is just outside the tiny hamlet of San Giovanni del Pantano. This spacious Umbrian farmhouse with a lovely swimming pool is surrounded by olive trees and has a commanding view of the valley down below. It can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for friends and families holiday.
The outdoor spaces are ample and one is dedicated to relaxing with large sofas and a lovely hammock. The second one, more shaded is ideal for dining all together.
Entry into the house is into a large living area, ideal for escaping into in the heat of the midday sun to read a book or snooze. The stone built villa has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 3 further twin or double bedrooms which share a larger family bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen is good for preparing family feasts in conjunction with the outdoor barbecue.
The pool lies just below the villa and has a lovely view over the valley and is a perfect oasis to chill out in the afternoon sun after a day out visiting the stunning beauty of Umbria. This region boasts an amazing number of wonderful towns and villages with a patrimony of artistic wealth that most nations would be rightly proud of. To name just a few of the places to visit: Perugia, Montefalco, Assisi, Cortona, Gubbio... the list goes on and on.
Villa degli Ulivi is a fabulous villa to have a get-together of family or friends. Plenty of space and beautiful views combine with comfortable accommodation and a stunning region to explore.
