In addition to the 6 bedrooms available in the main villa, five additional beds are available in complementary units beside the main building. The additional space can be booked at an extra cost for guests who require more bedrooms (sleeps up to 15). If not required, these areas will remain closed, and guests will still enjoy exclusive use of the property.

First area: It features a dining area with an open-plan kitchenette, one double bedroom with ceiling fan, and one single bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra single bed). The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Second area: It consists of a dining area with kitchenette (sofa bed in the living area, suitable for one or two children). A staircase of 14 steps leads to the double bedroom with ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub with shower).

Outdoor spaces:

• 7 hectares of private land with olive groves and walnut trees
