Casale Condotti

A lovely villa - interesting historic building in a great location with wonderful pool and hilltop views. Many thanks to Essential Italy, Ian and the team for all pre-holiday arrangements (enjoyed your various recommendations) and to Olive Tree property services and Guido and team while there. It was a fabulous week and we had a great last evening in Perugia before flying back. A few small points: the bbq is showing its age a bit; could do with a couple of tea towels (only one provided); and access road to the property is breaking up in places (section just after first property) was rather challenging in a hire car. Ian was very helpful with the booking process, and found a great villa based on our requirements. Guido and Adriano in Italy were also both great. We loved the villa, its location, the pool and magical views. It's in close proximity to Trevi and excellent restaurants, including Taverna del Sette, Alma Errante and La Foresteria. Sunday morning coffee on Trevi Square with the locals was fun! June 2025

These clients stayed at two separate villas. 'Casa di Luce was an extremely comfortable villa in every aspect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were particularly spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms in Casale Condotti were adequate but the shower rooms were very cramped. Although this had been stated in the villa info before we arrived it was still quite surprising how small 2 of the shower rooms were. The pools and views from both villas were lovely. Fantastic villa and pool. Best one we've been to. Everyone loved it. Great location. 30 mins walk into the centre of Trevi. Practical stuff like supermarkets and railway station east to get to. Local people very friendly – always waved 'ciao'.
