Villa Mariella is a traditional farmhouse which has been restored with love and attention. As soon as the gates open upon arrival you will feel at home. A sweeping drive leads past the pool and and the villa sits perfectly surrounded by well-kept gardens. Only a short distance from the lovely town of Camaiore, which has all necessary facilities and several great bars and restaurants, Villa Mariella is a super villa for groups of friends and families.
Entry to the villa is from a super covered dining area where there is al also a fully functioning pizza oven/BBQ. The ground floor is made up of an open plan living / dining area and a well equipped kitchen which also has a door which opens onto the garden. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a second bathroom which serve the second bedroom.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor which houses two lovely double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. There is also an exit which leads onto a terrace which is ideal for those seeking a quiet reading area. It enjoys views of the hills behind the house.
Even though the Villa Mariella is surrounded by greenery and with the beautiful hills behind as a wonderful backdrop the hustle and bustle of Camaiore is only a few minutes away. Further afield there is a wealth of places to visit; Lucca, Pietrasanta, the marble caves of Massa-Carrara and Pisa.
