Completed in early 2024 Villa Maestrale enjoys stunning views of the Val di Cecina, with classic Tuscan fields spread out like a table cloth before you and Volterra twinkling in the hillside.

Villa Maestrale has been carefully restored to create a wonderful villa for families and friends to enjoy. The pool sits a few steps the villa and many an hour will be spent under the covered dining area lapping up the view.
Villa Layout
An open plan living and dining room dominate the ground floor and access to the pool is easy. The design throughout the house is a combination of rustic and contemporary. The master bedroom with en suite bathrooms is at the rear of the ground floor.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor which has a lovely family bathroom and two further bedrooms (one double and one twin/double).
Villa Maestrale is about 4kms from the hill top village of Montecatini Val di Cecina which has a few bars and restaurants. Volterra is a short drive away is one of the 'must-see' towns of Tuscany and the surrounding countryside is some of the most photogenic in Italy. With Pisa, Siena and lovely beaches all an easy drive we think Villa Maestrale offers the all round Tuscany experience.
Villa Maestrale is on an estate with two other identical villas - each house has its own parking, outdoor areas and pool. Guests can make use of tennis courts, large family swimming pool and restaurant at a nearby agriturismo (6kms)
