Villa Lestra reflects all that is Tuscan. An old country farmhouse has been restored to provide a wonderful modern country villa. Located on the edge of the village of Montelopio it is immersed in the green rolling hills that characterize this area. The emphasis has been placed upon the quality of the property and a stay here is the perfect combination of country living and luxury.
The immaculate gardens surround the house and the stunning pool is the main feature. Many an hour will be passed here, both swimming lengths, enjoying the hydro-massage corner and even the water cascade which drops into the small children’s pool. There is also a lovely gazebo where lunches and aperitivo can be taken. There is also a covered dining area where dinner can be served.
On the ground floor there is a huge open living room with a fireplace and this opens onto the kitchen which has direct access to the covered patio. Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom on the ground floor.
An elegant staircase leads to the first floor where there is another double bedroom and two further bedrooms which can be either twin or doubles. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. All fixtures and fittings are brand new and modern. There is a spiral staircase that takes you to a viewing room, from where you can observe your land and beyond.
The location of Villa Lestra is classic Tuscany, rolling hills, olive trees and cypress trees. The village is only about 600 metres away and there is a small restaurant. The stylish interiors give the villa a real sense of luxury and we think that it will be a real winner with Essential Italy guests. You are ideally placed for day trips to Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and Florence.
