Villa Berti is found 2 kilometers down a country lane from the small town of Montescudaio. A family bathroom with shower completes the first floor. Outside there are lovely covered dining areas and the natural garden is home for the pool, with super views.

Within easy reach of Villa Berti there are a host of places to visit and enjoy. The beaches at Cecina are only about 20 minutes away, the wonderful Volterra a short drive and the top class wine region of Bolgheri is just down the road. Dotting the surrounding countryside there are some great villages with local trattorias and bars.
