Villa Berti is found 2 kilometers down a country lane from the small town of Montescudaio. This typical stone built villa is ideal for those looking for a family holiday in peace, immersed in the Tuscan hills. The private pool will entertain the children and keep the adults cool. The nearby Montescudaio has good selection of bars and restaurants.
On the ground floor of Villa Berti there is an open plan living , dining kitchen. Throughout the villa the style is vintage country. Lots of wood has been used and traditional terracotta flooring. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom (shower). Internal steps lead up to the second double room and third bedroom with three single beds (or a double and single). A family bathroom with shower completes the first floor. Outside there are lovely covered dining areas and the natural garden is home for the pool, with super views.
Within easy reach of Villa Berti there are a host of places to visit and enjoy. The beaches at Cecina are only about 20 minutes away, the wonderful Volterra a short drive and the top class wine region of Bolgheri is just down the road. Dotting the surrounding countryside there are some great villages with local trattorias and bars.
