We are delighted to offer you this perfect one bedroom stone Tuscan house to our portfolio. It’s in a fantastic position on the hillside high above Camucia, just a short distance from Cortona.
Entry is into the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and hob. A door to the right leads directly into a spacious lounge area with an open fireplace and comfortable seating. From the living room a wooden staircase leading to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and shower room.
Outside there is a fabulous pool with sunbeds and a lovely gazebo with seating from where you can watch the sunset with an aperitivo in your hand.
