Casa all'Erta is a wonderful Tuscan villa. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend quality time together. Located down a quiet country lane the scenery is all that Chianti can offer: vineyards, olive and cypress trees in every direction.

The old farmhouse has been lifted into the 21st century with style and all the rooms are comfortable and yet with a nod to their traditions.

Entry from the garden takes you into the ground floor and the spacious living room, dining room and open plan kitchen. There is also an extra bedroom which can be used for guests with limited mobility (wheelchair accessible). A single sofa bed. Off here is a laundry room, wardrobe room and bathroom. Up a few steps is a double bedroom which also has access to hte garden and en suite bathroom.

The first floor lounge has direct access to the garden and a lovely covered dining area. Here there are also two double bedroom with en suite bathrooms.

Three double bedroom with en suite bathrooms make up the second floor.

In the grounds there is a cottage which houses a great pizza oven, a sauna and Turkish bath.

All bedrooms have fixed double beds and all bathrooms have showers.

Casa all'Erta provide the perfect location for those seeking full immersion in Tuscany landscapes and with some of the best wine towns nearby you can always raise a glass over a delicious evening meal. The towns of Radda, Gaiole and Castellina in Chianti are not far away and day trips to Siena, Florence and San Gimignano are all on the cards, if you can drag yourself away from Casa all'Erta. The pool area is made for relaxing and taking in the wonderful vistas.
