Located on the Tombolino estate Casa Pineta this three-bedroom ground floor house is ideal for those seeking a beachside holiday with the delights of some of Tuscany's finest countryside and villages nearby. A short walk through the pine trees you come to the sandy beach and along this beach you will find bars and private lidos.

Two large patios give this house plenty of outdoor space, adorned with dining table and sun loungers. Entry is into the kitchen which is well equipped for cooking and a dining table. From here a door leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two double bedrooms have large windows that lead out to the patios and the third bedroom is a twin room. One bathroom has a bath and shower and the other just a shower.

The seaside town of Marina di Bibbona comes to life in the summer with many Italians holidaying there. There are bars and restaurants, along with a supermarket about 500m from Casa Pineta. The famous wine village of Bolgheri is only a short drive away and day trips should include Volterra, Pisa and even the island of Elba.

Please note that the estate caretakers live in the apartment above Casa Pineta. They have a separate entrance at the rear of the property and do not overlook the patios. They are very considerate of guests.
