Villa Xiluna is set in the wonderful countryside close to Ragusa. With sweeping views all around this villa is a real find for Essential Italy. Completed in 2024 the modern interiors and clean design combine perfectly with the rolling landscape. Guests have the added bonus of a couple of bars and restaurants a short walk away at the Castello di Donnafugata.
All on one level the house has a super living area with panoramic views and direct access to the pool, as does the well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one double and two double / twins, all with en suite bathrooms (showers).
The pool will be, for sure, the focal point for relaxing days at the villa and on a clear day Etna and Malta can be seen. Set on an estate with two other villas, Villa Xiluna is a great addition to our Sicily programme.
