Villa Vitamia is a newly refurbished house located only a few steps rom the lovely sandy beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo. Set on a back street this house has been loving brought back to life and makes an ideal location for couples or small families seeking to have beachlife on their doorstep.
The independent house has been fully modernised and the addition of a small swimming pool is a treat. The bungalow is made up of a living area, a well equipped kitchen which has a serving hatch out onto the patio. The two ensuite double bedrooms are very comfortable and there is a third bathroom too. The covered dining area is perfect for morning breakfast and evening meals after a day on the beach.
The nearest beach is a lovely wide sandy beach and is only about 100m from your gate. Here there are also bars and places to dine out at. Further afield Pozzallo is a lovely sea front town (5kms) and for day trips the wonderful towns of Modica, Noto, Ragusa and Scicli are all within easy reach.
