This stylish villa has been recently renovated to a high standard. Just 3 kms from the beautiful Baroque town of Modica and a short drive from the sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri.

Villa Trifilla has been beautifully restored by its Italian owners and now provides superb holiday accommodation. Within it's ancient walls you will find sleek and modern interiors. The villa provides large, open plan living spaces and the outdoor areas are comfortable, the ideal place to relax and enjoy an al fresco meal.
Entry is into a spacious open plan living/dining area. Large sliding doors open from the sitting room directly onto the pool which is large and irregular in shape. The pool has decking surrounding it where there are ample sun loungers and an overhang from the villa offers super shade. To one end of this space is a kitchen.
Off the sitting room you will find four bedrooms, 3 doubles and a single. The 3 double bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and the single has a bathroom directly next door. To one side of the villa is a large covered outside kitchen with dining table. There is a super barbecue in this external kitchen too.
