Entry is into a large, light kitchen/dining area. French doors lead from the dining area onto a large covered terrace with a second dining table and comfortable seating where you can enjoy lazy days and evenings.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms which are en-suite and 2 further double rooms which share a bathroom.
The covered terrace overlooks a large garden which is mainly lawn with the pool sitting centre stage (with hydro jets).
We are thrilled to add Villa Simona to our portfolio and are confident it will be a super base to explore this fabulous corner of Sicily. With town such as Modica, Ragusa, Noto and Syracusa within easy access for day trip.
