About Villa Petra Modica

Villa Petra is a unique town house just a short walk from the centre of fabulous Modica, known for its' chocolate making, along with a super selection of eateries, bars and shops.

Spread over different levels, the ground floor is home to a double bedroom with a rather spectacular exposed rock ceiling. This room has an ensuite shower room, a small seating area internally and on the terrace directly outside and there is also a small kitchen with a fridge, sink and hob. The main part of the house is on the first floor, reached by an external stone staircase that takes you to the outdoor area with a pergola, a dining area and kitchen plus a charming small pool that can be heated (payable locally). Inside on this level there is comfy open-plan kitchen and sitting room and a bathroom with a shower carved out of the rock. Stairs behind the kitchen lead to the spacious master bedroom with double bed.

The style at Villa Petra is stylish, modern and minimalist making it the perfect retreat for those looking for some town life along with some serious relaxation.
