Villa Giorgione

The ground floor features an outdoor veranda furnished with sofas and a dining table, perfect for social gatherings or moments of pure relaxation with views of the garden and the sea. From here, you can enter the villa, entirely lined in wood, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The living area includes comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-fired oven for special meals. There are French doors opening onto the extensive back gardens. On either side of the living room, there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower.

The bedrooms both have large windows offering super side views of the garden and direct views of the sea. For maximum comfort, the bedrooms can be completely darkened thanks to full-height curtains.

A beautiful panoramic terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a table for lunch and dinner from where you can enjoy the view. On the ground floor, beside the villa, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood-fired oven, barbecue, table, and chairs.

The lawns are dotted with palm trees with a second gazebo with a barbecue, table, and chairs overlooking the sea. This lawned area ends with a gate and a fence lined with native plants.

Leaving the gate a small lane leads from the right of the property directly onto the sandy beach of Porto Ulisse.

There is another gate leading to a small lawned cliff top area exclusively for guests. This private area is a balcony over the Mediterranean, offering unparalleled sea views and sunsets.

Villa Giorgione is located in an area of great natural interest, near the Nature Reserves of Pantano Bruno and Pantani Cuba e Longarini, destinations for migratory birds and flamingos.
