Super newly refurbished three bedroom villa with lovely private pool, close to the ‘Blue Flag’ status beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and the seaside town of Pozallo.

Villa Focallo is located in a residential area just 300 metres from the sandy beach of Santa Maria Focallo close to the pretty town of Ispica. The beach was awarded ‘Blue Flag’ status in 2010, it’s worth noting that only seven beaches have ‘Blue Flag’ status in Sicily and three are within the small area of Pozallo. If you can drag yourself off the beach, towns such as Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and even Siracusa are all within easy access for day trips too.
Entry to the house is via an electronic gate leading into a small private driveway. The house is all on ground level with entry at the rear of the property into a lounge/dining room and well-equipped kitchen. A hall leading off the lounge leads to two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and a twin bedroom. There is an additional shower in the main house and a fourth which is accessed externally close to the outside kitchen area. There is also a small laundry room.
The outside kitchen is well-equipped with a pizza oven and barbecue and we are confident many hours will be spent around the dining table chatting and enjoying good food. In the well-manicured gardens ,there is ample seating to relax under a tree with a good book or cold glass of Sicilian white wine.

Excellent - good pool, a generous amount of food staples etc. Enough bathrooms and outside cooking facilities very good. Short walk to the beach and easy access to Pozzalo and Ispica.

We have stayed in a number of villas over the years, but this one was the best in our experience, in almost every respect - cleaniness, furnishing, equipment, pool, garden, shade/sun, BBQ, showers and so on. Outstanding value for money.
