This super two bedroom villa sits at the end of a lane just a short distance from the beautiful beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and the pretty Baroque town of Ispica where there are some lovely restaurants, shops and bars.

On the ground floor, there is a large open living space with a lounge, dining area and kitchen. At each end of the living space, there are doors which open onto spacious terraces. Off the lounge area are two bedrooms, one double and one twin/double bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms.

At the front of the house is a lovely covered terrace with a seating area, however, no doubt the majority of your time will be spent at the rear of the house where there is a second large covered terrace with dining area and a lovely external kitchen which has burners, two sinks and a large brick built barbecue. Steps lead up the side of the villa to a large roof terrace.

The garden is partly laid to lawn and there’s a meadow planted with lemon trees. The pool sits in the centre of the garden.

Villa Corallo will make a super base for families and couples alike. You’ll be well positioned to head north to Noto or west to Ragusa and Modica for days out. For those of you looking for rest and relaxation, the house and local beaches will offer all you need.

Excellent service from start to finish despite covid complications so thank you! We loved Villa Corallo! MAy 2022

Andrew Clayton, London

We had a great time. We met Giorgio the owner, who was a delight and very accommodating. Excellent holiday. Many thanks

Yvette, Cameron

We had a lovely holiday in the truly beautiful villa.. everything we needed was available and a small stock of food essentials to get started was a welcome great surprise.

Stephen Roberts, Bishopsteignton

Excellent, villa was spotless, great outdoor BBQ, cooking and sitting area. Very good pool and spacious garden.

Andrew Forbes, London

Massimo and his family were fantastic hosts, they looked after us really well. We received wonderful welcome gifts and delicious food on the day of our arrival, Massimo was there for us all the time, helping us as much as he could. He showed us around the town of Ispica during the Easter festival and told us about the local history and interesting traditions. Massimo puts all his heart into looking after his guests.

Janet Greenfield, Kinnersley

The villa was spotlessly clean and very well provided with kitchen equipment, linen, mosquito coils etc. This villa is brand new and wonderful! The owners left us a very well stocked kitchen with pasta, sauces, biscuits, jam, paper goods.loo paper etc. We asked if we needed to replace what we used and were told no. It made our first shop much easier.

Martin Skinner, Buckingham

Very, very good. Clean, spacious, tasteful, comprehensively fitted out... Quiet, as promised and needed. Rural, sightly off the beaten track, short drive to nearest restaurant. Close to the beach, which was great, the beach was very long, non-commercial, quiet! The owners made a huge effort to make us welcome: they were there to receive us, and even provided a warm meal for lunch (including wine) which was a great touch. Probably the best reception I\'ve had when arriving at a rented villa.

Tessa Beckett, London

The villa was extremely well equipped and maintained to a high standard. The entrance to the villa is on a side road and is quite narrow so be careful about the size of car! Daniella and the owner were very helpful. All good... thanks.
