About Villa Carlita

The interior of Villa Carlita is modern, minimalistic and warm. The living and dining areas both inside and outside are large and bright, perfect for spending time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has an elegant and functional design and has a lovely dining area.

All on one level the villa has a large lounge/dining area which leads through to the kitchen and second dining area. All bedrooms are off a long corridor which leads away from the communal spaces.

The four bedrooms are all ensuite. Three out of the four can be divided into twin beds and two of the rooms each have a private terrace.

The villa is immersed in Olive Groves. The garden is laid to lawn with borders planted with local plants and shrubs. The pool is partly covered by a loggia which, in addition to offering some shade, has a bar and fridge. The pool and gardens have beautiful views out over the local countryside towards the Ionian coast.

The villa offers absolute privacy, however, a short evening stroll along a footpath leads to the elegant eco-resort Masseria della Volpe. Here you can book a table at the Coda Rossa Restaurant, which offers a refined cuisine in a beautiful atmosphere. You can also book a spa, tennis along with beach volleyball at the hotel - all at an extra cost payable locally.

Villa Carlita is a super villa in an idyllic location with towns and villages close by to ensure you can get a fix of Sicilian culture safe in the knowledge your evenings can be spent relaxing on the terrace with a chilled glass of local wine.
