Only a few minutes from the Baroque town of Noto Villa Agnese offers guest all modern comforts along with a unique location and spacious grounds for families to make the most of their holiday together. The super pool enjoys views of the town and the single storey house has been designed to make summer living easy. The owners have created an interesting feature of the external walls by building a cocoon style surround, giving the villa a contemporary twist.

Entry to the villa is by a sweeping driveway which leads to the rear of the house. The full beauty of the location appears as you walk to the front and take in the view and pool area. Huge palm trees frame the view and without doubt many an hour will be spent here splashing around.

A large dining rooms with wall to ceiling windows is the perfect place for meals and the well-equipped kitchen is just inside the main house. The house flows beautifully with a cosy living room and beyond the four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are double beds and the last bedroom has a small double bed. Each bedroom has direct access to the external patio which wraps around the villa.

At the rear of the house lies a covered games room with a pool table, table football and table tennis table. Ideal for some 'friendly' family competitions!

Villa Agnese is only a few minutes from Noto which boasts a wide selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the beaches of Lido di Noto and the beautiful nature reserve of Vendicari. Day trips abound; Siracusa, Modica, Marzamemi, Ragusa being just a few. Overall Villa Agnese makes for a super family villa.
