This villa is new for 2024 and offers an enchanting view over the Avola coastline. The modern, welcoming interiors are all on one level and include a bright and open-space living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), a smaller twin bedroom and a second bathroom, also with shower.
The terrace overlooks the coast and is well equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and a large dining area where we are sure you'll enjoy many dinners together. There are steps from the main terrace to the roof where you can enjoy watching the sun rise each morning and boats moving around the waters at the front of the villa.
Only 100m away from the house is the sandy beach. Day trips to Siracusa, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and the stunning Baroque town of Noto are all within easy reach by car.
