Casa Sabbia boasts a great location just a few steps from the beach at Santa Maria del Focallo where you’ll find a beach bar serving snacks throughout the day during the spring and summer months.
Entry from the private parking area is into a small, walled garden which, given its proximity to the beach, is secluded and offers privacy. In the centre of the walled garden sits the lovely pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A few steps lead up to a covered dining area with comfortable seating and a perfect view over the pool area.
From the terrace glass doors lead to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. To the right of the lounge there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin/double) both with en suite shower rooms. From the master bedroom you can also access the front terrace directly via sliding doors.
At the rear of the house you will find a fabulous covered external kitchen complete with barbecue, five gas burners and a sink. Here there is another dining table from where you may enjoy leisurely meals straight from the grill and then climb the stairs up to a roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine or the stars.
Whether you be two couples, a couple looking for a romantic retreat or a family, this gem of a Sicilian seaside house has something for everyone.
