About Casa Pisciotto

Villa Pisciotto is a pretty, recently renovated, seafront property located a short distance just 80 meters from the sea (from where you can access the sea via shallow rocks) and about 700 meters from the sandy beach at Sampieri.

The house sleeps up to 7 people in 3 double bedrooms (one of which is triple) and has 3 bathrooms all with shower.

The living area consists of an open kitchen with island, bright and well equipped which leads onto the external veranda with a breath taking view of the sea.

The property was built with full respect for the environment and offers an ideal destination for anyone looking for an eco-sustainable holiday dedicated to relaxation and tranquility.

The house is powered by a photovoltaic system which guarantees the daily energy needs. Only the air conditioning system works via a generator (away from the house).
